Colonel Terry J. Ebbert
Chairman of Board of Managers
Colonel Terry Ebbert, United States Marine Corps Retired, is a principal of Ebbert & Associates. He is the former Director of Homeland Security for the City of New Orleans. He was responsible for the administration and leadership for all Public Safety agencies, which included Police, Fire, Emergency Medical Services, Emergency Preparedness and Criminal Justice organizations. He served as the “Incident Commander” and coordinated all local, state and federal response to New Orleans in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, the largest disaster in the history of the United States.
Colonel Ebbert completed a distinguished career in the United States Marine Corps where he held nuclear security positions and served as Security Officer for the United States Pacific Fleet. He is the recipient of the Navy Cross, the nation's second highest award for valor for leadership actions in the Republic of Vietnam.

William F. Ryan, Esquire
Chief Executive Officer and Manager
William F. Ryan is a retired U.S. Marine Corps officer and a licensed attorney practicing in Louisiana since 1975. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for the New Federal City in New Orleans, a $150 million development that is home to the Marine Forces Reserve and Marine Forces North.
Mr. Ryan develops real estate and manages other private equity investments. Mr. Ryan has developed several historical properties which have received national and local awards and has owned and managed over a half million square feet of commercial real estate. He manages Trimark Constructors, LLC business operations. He presently sits on the Boards of Loyola University Business School and several other non-profit organizations. Twice he has been selected the SBA Veteran Advocate of the Year.
Mr. Ryan is the recipient of the Silver Star and Navy Commendation “V” for heroism in Vietnam.

William S. Steinhardt
Chief Operating Officer
Bill Steinhardt has managed Trimark Constructors, LLC for the past ten years. Mr. Steinhardt has worked in the architecture and construction industry for over 30 years. He is a graduate of Tulane University with a Bachelor of Architecture and Master of Architecture degree, and has been a member of the Construction Specification Institute, American Institute of Architects and National Trust for Historic Preservation. His experience in both the construction and architect profession makes him a valuable member of the construction team.
His passion for historic renovation started while working on his thesis, “New Immigration Museum”, for Ellis Island, New York, and time spent with the Vieux Carré Commission, a governing body established to protect the most treasured structures in the City of New Orleans.
David Hymel
Field Operations Manager
David Hymel, a New Orleans native, has managed the field operations of Trimark Constructors, LLC (formerly Trison) for the past ten years. With over 35 years of field experience, David has worked up and down the river in industrial plants, civil projects and all types of building construction. As the liaison between the office and building, David is responsible for field personnel, equipment and maintaining budgets and schedules with the field superintendents. David’s hands-on approach provides valued leadership and training for the company.
Terri Bayhi
Project and Contract Administrator
A New Orleans native, Terri has worked in the commercial real estate and construction industry for over 25 years. In her role as property manager for one of New Orleans’ prominent high-rise office buildings, she negotiated and maintained lease contracts and supervised all interior tenant and build-outs. As Project Administrator for Trimark Constructors, LLC (formerly Trison) for the past seven years, Terri has worked alongside management to insure all phases of a job are managed and completed per contract requirements and has assisted in the development of project management tools.
